The Village of Kronenwetter, in partnership with Land Management Solutions, will be hosting an informational workshop to update Village property owners on the Village’s Urban Forestry Program. The main topics of discussion will be the Urban Forestry Grant the Village received from the Wisconsin DNR, the Village’s Oak Wilt cost share program, the updates made last fall to the Oak Wilt Ordinance, and the Village’s cost share program for residents to purchase new trees.
The workshop will take place on Thursday, March 30 starting at 6:30 pm in the Community Room at the Kronenwetter Municipal Center. The workshop is open to all Village residents wanting to learn more about the Village’s effort to preserve and enhance the forested aspects of our Village that make it such a great place to live. Any questions about the workshop can be directed to Randy Fifrick, Community Development Director, at 715-693-4200, extension 113 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
