Spook the Yard

Do you take the haunting season seriously? Is your yard filled with ghosts, skeletons and pumpkins? You are who we are looking for to enter the Spook the Yard contest!

Participation is free and open to all Kronenwetter residents! Only decorations visible from the street will be judged. Judging will be based on 'spooky curb appeal.'

Participants must submit a photo or video of their decorated yard to jpoyer@kronenwetter.org by the nomination deadline below. You are encouraged to be in the submitted photo/video. Please also include the property address, property owners' names, and property owners' contact information.

Nomination Deadline: Thursday, October 12, 2024
Voting Period: Friday, October 18 - Thursday, October 31, 2024
Winner Announced: Early November 2024

All submission locations will be posted as a map. The public is encouraged to check each one out! Individuals, couples, and families can get together, tour the displays, and vote for the best one! All from the comfort of a warm car! A winner will be announced in early November.  A link to the voting poll will be available on this webpage and the Village Facebook page.
