Residential Lots For Sale

Did you know that the Village of Kronenwetter has residential lots for sale at bargain prices in the beautiful Timber Creek Crossing Subdivision? We do! Lots are priced at $8,000 and have been selling quickly. Timber Creek Crossing Subdivision is situated within the Village's TID #2 found in the southwest portion of the Village, just north of Indianhead Golf Course.

These lots will be sold on a first come basis. Interested persons must submit the associated price per lot as well as sign a development agreement for each lot. Please see the Covenants attached to these lots.
